The space for family holidays, for romantic meetings and friendly feasts, as well as for a great evening without a special occasion, which will be turned into a special, with aroma of your favorite dish. 

The main highlight - an open kitchen and charcoal grill. At the same time you can sit at the bar and see how your order is being prepared. The grill is involved in most dishes from our menu.

Steaks, shashliks, braised pork ribs, BBQ sausages, specialty burgers and Smoker dishes - it’s impossible to be hungry here. Salads, appetizers, soups and hot, we also cook in different variations. Separately, it is worth noting smoked food. We recommend dessert crumble with ice cream and cheesecake. The range of drinks and cocktails looks no less impressive and solid.

Our menu will appeal to those who love meat and know sense in it.

Guests come to the grill bar in order to eat juicy meat on the coals, for example, New York steak. Due to the high temperature of Josper, steak is cooked quickly and remains juicy. Nothing more: just juicy meat, a knife and a fork. All meat eaters and steikofans dream about such sensations. If you are used to eating meat with a side dish, we recommend adding grilled vegetables to the steak.

 Promoting the culture of steaks in the masses, our chef enters into the menu cuts dry aged (30 day dry maturation). We love steaks, cook with professionalism and eagerly share knowledge about meat with guests.

In the new summer menu of the Grill-bar "Polyana" we prepare 4 types of steaks: the usual premium New York, the alternatives Flank and Chuck Roll and the author's 30-day dry ripened beef steak.

Lesnaya Gavan’s real meat hit is pastrami, salted smoked meat with texture and taste that cannot be confused with anything.  For pastrami, we first marinate beef brisket for a few days in the marinade, then pack it in a vacuum bag with olive oil, boil it for a long time, then we smoke. And before serving, we warm the pastors for a few minutes on the grill.

The grill bar is worth visiting more than once. First come here to eat meat on the coals. This pleasure is better not to share with anyone. Bring a family for the second time or arrange a romantic evening. Check back here on Friday or Saturday and try everything in the bar list.  The reasons for visiting do not end, because the menu of this season is complemented by dishes of Caucasian cuisine.
