Park Hotel «Lesnaya Gavan» is a certified tour operator, which provides services for foreign guests on visa-free entry to the Republic of Belarus.

Services of the Park Hotel «Lesnaya Gavan» within the framework of the visa-free visit program:

You can visit the Park Hotel “Lesnaya Gavan” without a visa for up to 10 days *. The visa-free entry program covers the tourist-recreational zone "Brest".

After receiving all the information, we issue an invitation and send it by e-mail.

Invitation for visa-free entry:

  • Group visit
  • Individual visit 

Important: the invitation is sent only to those tourists who book the services of Park Hotel “Lesnaya Gavan”  and make the appropriate prepayment: accommodation, meals, additional services (at least 2) - and is issued free of charge.

The full cost of the tour is summed up with the base cost of the tour (accommodation at the park hotel, catering, leisure at the park hotel) and from the additional which you choose (transfer, excursions, entrance tickets to the visited objects).

Upon request, we send a full calculation of the tour, which is made in accordance with your wishes.

Visa Waiver Rules

For visa-free entry / exit at the border, you must:

  • a valid document for traveling abroad (passport)
  • a document of a standard form, providing the right to an individual or group visit to the tourist-recreational zone "Brest" and / or the park "Augustow Canal", issued by the tour operator
  • money in the calculation of 2 basic units per day (about € 24) or 50 basic units (about € 613) for the entire stay
  • medical insurance policy of at least € 10,000 valid in Belarus
  • stay in the visa-free zone is allowed for a period of 1 to 10 days *

How to apply for a visa-free visit

To apply for a visa-free visit, contact by phone: +375333843843 or by e-mail info@park-hotel.by and fill out an application in free form with the following information:

  • name and surname of a tourist or group of tourists
  • travel dates
  • checkpoint
  • type of transport on which the tourist / tourists arrive (air, train, bus, personal vehicles)
  • number of days in a visa-free zone
  • number of tourists
  • wishes for accommodation and meals
  • list of ordered travel services (at least two)
  • estimated route of travel along the visa-free zone
  • provide contact details for feedback
  • pay for the tour
  • provide a scan of the passport of all tourists

After filling out the application and agreeing on all issues regarding it, a contract is drawn up and an invoice is issued with the details for payment. After signing the contract and paying the bill, Park Hotel “Lesnaya Gavan” sends an e-mail document that you should print, sign and submit when crossing the Belarusian border.

Tourist and recreation visa-free zone "Brest"

Brest is a city with a rich and complex history, a powerful fortress and its cultural life, trendy bars and charming characters, like a lamp-maker who lights up lanterns on Sovetskaya in the evenings. And nearby Bialowieza Forest - the oldest forest in Europe. You can endlessly study and discover something new in this region.

  • Brest, Zhabinkovsky, Kamenets, Pruzhany districts of the Brest region
  • Svisloch district of the Grodno region

Checkpoints for visa-free entry:

  • Railway checkpoint "Brest" ("Terespol")
  • Checkpoint “Brest Airport”
  • Simplified checkpoint “Pererov” (“Bialowieza”)
  • Road checkpoints:
    - “Brest” (“Terespol”)
    - “Domachevo” (“Slovatichi”)
    - “Sandstone” (“Polovtsy”) 

At the border you need to fill out a migration card.

 

* Decree No. 462 "On the establishment of a visa-free procedure for entry and exit of foreign citizens" dated 12/26/2017.

On August 7, 2019, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 300 “On Establishing a Visa-Free Procedure for the Entry and Departure of Foreign Citizens”, which will act instead of Decree No. 462 of December 26, 2017. The document combines the previously existing separately two visa-free zones into one visa-free territory "Brest - Grodno" and the extension of the visa-free stay for up to 15 days. You can take advantage of the 15-day visa-free visa from November 10, 2019.
